Support
OneWorld is dedicated to both producing an easy to use product, and also insuring that product works as advertised.
To this end we provide full support of the TechStick via the On-line Support submission process. Where ever possible we reply with in 24 hours of receiving a request for support.
Support includes failures to function, driver problems, and general questions about the sticks function.
Requests for new software,or functionality fall under our enhancement procedure. You can find more about the enhancement process by clicking the link above.

At OneWorld we are aware that no tool a techinican uses can remain static, to this end we are constantly looking for ways to improve our TechStick.
In addition to our own Research and Development department we welcome the input of our users in the field.
If you think the TechStick needs more tools or an enhancement of the tools that already exist, we are willing to listen.
Simply fill out an enhancement request, as soon as we research it and find an appropriate solution we will email you back.

As we improve or correct problems with the TechStick we post those solutions on our downloads page.
The solutions can range from simple pdf instructions to, software packages and updates.
These are provided free of charge for the 1st year. Each year after the first there is a small system access fee charged for this service.
