The OneWorld TechStick is designed to be a simple to use tool, that will allow a technician to quickly perform a number of critical tasks on any computer that does not want to boot, appears to have a dead hard drive or has other issues. The base stick is a 4 gigabyte memory stick, running a fully functional persistent version of Ubuntu Linux 8.04. OneWorld has insured that there is space left over for the techs to install their own diagnostic tools in addition to those provided by OneWorld.
OneWorld also provides an outline cart so your techs can sell any of the OneWorld product line while on site. So if your customer has an out of date or expired Anti-virus, sell them a new one on the spot. If they need a backup solution or recovery of data from a failed hard drive you can do that too.
You can also chose to become a reseller of OneWorld products, this gives you and your tech's access to a discount code which will enable you to make more money when sell our products.
OneWorld will also fully supports the TechStick via the this website with options for requesting support, improvements and upgrades. These are all available from the menu above under the support option.
The stick is preconfigured with the following tools:
- A one year license of an anti-virus to allow for the scanning of hard drives for viruses.
- A fully licensed copy of OneWorld's Vision Backup software.
- A 1 year subscription to the DNS Stuff website, basic tool set.
- A full web browser, email client and ftp client.
- A remote desktop client for connecting to Windows machines.
- Linux Disk manager so you can view and work with hard drives formatted with NTFS or FAT.
- A Smart hard drive status reporting and monitoring tool.
- A number of Network Monitoring tools, including Wireshark and the built in Linux tools.
- Disk Analyzer which allows the tech to see in a graphical manner the amount of disk space used up by various folders.

- Prime95 - a benchmarking stress test tool.
- Webroot system Analyzer - Webroot analysis tools scan users systems to uncover data on potential privacy threats.

- QA+Win 32 is a powerful and widely-installed Windows-based diagnostic software program that ensures that PCs are reliably tested and validated before the technician leaves.
