Special Markets LiaisonPrimary objective
The Special Markets Liaison acts as a public-facing conduit between the company and the customer, being an advocate for both. The primary objective of this position is to conduct ongoing, direct and authentic conversations with our customers and bring those conversations into RAD Media Corp so the users' voice is heard and can influence the continuous improvement of our products.
Responsibilities
Identify people in the select markets that are already RAD Media Corp mavens and empower them to continue spreading the word.
Deepen the relationship with the RAD Media Corp community by having ongoing conversations with customers and influencers (blog, advisory board, beta groups, webinars, forums, etc.)
Encourage new people to look at RAD Media Corp products and services.
Daily activities include but are not limited to:
- Handle a large amount of email and phone calls with users
- Writing thank you notes and responding to email - when a user takes time to write, you write them back and start or continue the conversation.
- Some evenings involve going to User Groups - presenting, meeting with users
- Writing contributed articles
- Setting up webinars
- IM with users
- Present and/or host sessions at trade shows as appropriate

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience delivering world class image with a limited budget
- Comfort with technology and understanding of the industry
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work extended hours - often available to users most days from 8am - midnight (via IM, cell phone, email).
